Capitol wants Consolacion lot out from land swap

The Cebu Provincial Government has appealed to Cebu City not to include a property in Barangay Pulpogan, Consolacion, in the ongoing land swap negotiations involving the 93-1 lots.
Governor Pamela Baricuatro, in a press conference on Wednesday, stressed that the Pulpogan property should not be part of the deal being finalized between the Capitol and the city.
“The Provincial Government is also requesting that the lots in Pulpogan, Consolacion not be included in the land swap agreement,” Baricuatro said.
She confirmed that several meetings have already been held between provincial and city officials to iron out details of the swap, focusing mainly on the appraised values of the properties.
