Archival leads strategic planning to align Cebu City's vision for 2035

Cebu City Mayor Nestor Archival convened all department heads and attached offices at City Hall for a Strategic Planning workshop aimed at redefining not just the city's priorities, but also its long-term purpose.

At the heart of the session was a clear directive: strategic planning is not merely an administrative exercise but Cebu's collective commitment to build a smarter, stronger, and more inclusive city for the next three, six, and nine years.
"We cannot achieve success without teamwork and genuine understanding," Mayor Archival emphasized.
"What we are building now is not just for the next three years, but also for the next six and even nine years ahead," he added.
