Stormers take the 'gloves off'

The Stormers are gearing up for a slugfest and are prepared to take the "gloves off" when they collide with Ulster in their United Rugby Championship (URC) clash at the Kingspan Stadium in Belfast tonight (kick-off 9.35pm).

It is set to be a classic tussle as the two URC top eight contenders go head-to-head in a match that could have ramifications on whether they make the competition play-offs come the end of the pool stage.

Hosts Ulster are currently ninth on the log, while the Stormers sit eighth, and the loser is likely to slip down the extremely congested log, making for a tricky climb back up over the last four games of the pool phase.
