BOK CAMP: EXCITING DYNAMICS BETWEEN OLDER AND YOUNGER PLAYERS

The first Springbok alignment camp of the year came to a satisfactory conclusion yesterday afternoon in Cape Town, with coach Rassie Erasmus expressing his excitement for the coming season.

Erasmus said two of the key takeaways from the sessions over the last few days were the encouraging dynamics between the younger and older players, and their plan to use the skillset of all the coaches and management team members to contribute to a well-oiled machine on the field.

The invited 56 locally based players arrived in the Mother City on Monday night and participated in two days of gym and board-room sessions, which followed on a productive coaches workshop last weekend.
