May I ask you if you have elderly and sick relatives?

Wait, perhaps that is not the right question because you would organise their black cards without any hassles. For the millions of others out there, they are not so lucky. I don't know how you sleep at night.

I have just heard a few people telling me their stories as we stand in line and my blood pressure boils. This is unfair on the old, frail and wheelchair-bound elderly who are being put through this stress.
