External Affairs Minister (EAM) S. Jaishankar, during his official visit to the Netherlands on Monday, engaged in substantive discussions with strategic experts in The Hague. The talks focused on enhancing India-Netherlands and India-European Union (EU) relations, particularly in the context of an evolving global order characterized by multi-polarity and strategic autonomy.
Taking to social media platform X, EAM Jaishankar stated, "A good exchange of views with strategic experts in The Hague this morning. Discussed why India and the Netherlands/EU should engage more deeply in an era of multi-polarity and strategic autonomy." His visit underlined India's interest in forging deeper ties with key European partners amid shifting geopolitical dynamics.
