LELOOPA, a first course ride for Tom Broughton, sprung a 22/1 upset in the £100,000 showcase race at Kelso.

Trained by Fergal O'Brien and representing the Paddy Brennan Racing Syndicate, she stormed home eight lengths clear of Sunset Hill.
“That was absolutely tremendous, I loved it and it's the biggest win of my career,” Broughton said. “I won the Highland National at Perth in 2018 but this is different level and she was brilliant out there.”
Former jockey Brennan added: "The big buzz and the pressure was back for me today. Fergal has such a great record in the race and we've been planning this for a while.”
O'Brien completed a 229/1 double when Liam Harrison and Is This For Real landed the concluding North Jodami Series Final Open National Hunt Flat Race Series Final.
