From frosty woodlands to historic battlefields, National Trust for Scotland places in the Forth Valley are offering a host of winter experiences this festive season.

The Battle of Bannockburn, Dollar Glen, The Pineapple and the House of the Binns estate will remain open through the winter and offer settings packed with character for seasonal escapes.
Christmas events are taking place at Trust places across Scotland to get visitors of all ages and interests in the festive spirit.
In the Forth Valley, children and families will be enchanted by cosy encounters with Santa and his elves at the House of the Binns.
