A RETIRED couple have turned a derelict 140-year-old manor house into a stunning £1million party central venue.

Joanne Shiels, 60, and Geoff Bell, 61, right, bought crumbling Greystonedale Mansion for £300,000 In May 2022. They spent another £220,000 on features like a "disco kitchen" and games room and replanted the bare one-acre garden.
