Rolling Out, America's leading Black-owned multimedia platform, proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary by launching Rolling Out Music, a new subsidiary that focuses on music.

This innovative record label and creative hub aims to amplify the voices of independent artists, curate cultural moments, and provide authentic Black music experiences that cross generations and genres.To lead this new division, Richard Dunn, a music veteran with over 30 years of experience in live music, touring, and entertainment management, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rolling Out Music. Dunn will be responsible for strategy, operations, and artist development initiatives, shaping the label's creative direction and global partnerships. The division is dedicated to building infrastructure that empowers artists, fosters creative control, and celebrates Black excellence.
"Rolling Out has always been more than just media - it's been a movement rooted in ownership, creativity, and community," says Munson Steed, the Founder of Rolling Out and Rolling Out Music. "As we celebrate 25 years of cultural leadership, the launch of Rolling Out Music under Richard Dunn's guidance is our commitment to the next generation of storytellers and sound creators."
