Messages from the Mayor

Resolution authorizing the Philadelphia Land Bank to dispose of 2758 through 2760 and 2762 Helen Street, located in the 1st Councilmanic District, in accordance with the terms of Chapter 16-700 of the Philadelphia Code.

Resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of the South Central urban renewal area identified by house number and street address 1220 through 1230 Kenilworth Street, and authorizing the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Neighborhood Gardens Trust, and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.

Resolution approving the redevelopment contract of the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority for the redevelopment and urban renewal of a portion of Belmont Numbers 123 urban renewal area identified by house numbers and street addresses as 4016 through 4018 Powelton Avenue, 4020, 4022, and 4024 Powelton Avenue, and 4648 Wyota Street, and authorizing the Redevelopment Authority to execute the redevelopment contract with Neighborhood Gardens Trust and to take such action as may be necessary to effectuate the redevelopment contract.
