Our caravanning trips end up a washout, but we keep on doing it
Portsmouth News
|October 30, 2025
Caravanning calamity continues for the Jackson family. Why do we keep doing it? Is it because it's a cheap holiday?
Well, after the cost of repairing things that either break or get damaged over the years, we could have all gone on a round-the-world cruise!
Seven nights at an award-winning holiday park for just over £200 seems an absolute bargain.
It's modern, with a big entertainment venue, restaurant, pool with flume rides, surf machines, a pottery shop, and a convenience store. Coupled with the fact it's in the hills above the stunning Woolacombe Beach in North Devon, it's a no-brainer.
