First residents moving in as Fareham project takes shape

The first residents have begun moving into a major new affordable housing development in Titchfield as the initial homes at VIVID's Southampton Road site are completed.

The scheme, being built in partnership with Hampshire Homes, will deliver 95 properties in total - all designated as affordable housing after receiving planning approval earlier this year. Seventy-one will be available for social rent and 24 for shared ownership, aimed at families on Fareham Borough Council's housing register.
