Jodi: I've made sure I'm ready for final push

JODI Jones had to be patient during his most recent injury recovery to make sure he was available for Notts County at this point in the season.

The 27-year-old has had his fair share of long-term injuries in his career. He had another setback earlier this campaign when he was sidelined between September and January.

After coming back into the team at the turn of the year, he made it until the start of March before dropping out again with a muscle injury, which led to another month on the sidelines.

Jones has slowly built up his minutes through April. He played 80 minutes against Harrogate Town last Saturday, the most he has played in one game since September.

With Notts most likely going into the play-offs in their bid to secure promotion from League Two, Jones knew he needed to be ready for the team for this final push.
