MAN of the moment Harry Toffolo was left emotional at the response he received from Nottingham Forest fans on Monday night.
The left-back was a surprise inclusion in Nuno Espirito Santo’s starting 11 for the clash at Tottenham Hotspur. It was his first Premier League start of the season and only his sixth appearance of the campaign.
But he shrugged off the lack of minutes to step up as his team’s hero of the hour with an unbelievable goal-saving clearance off the line in the 64th minute. The defender's intervention to thwart Dejan Kulusevski kept the scoreline at 2-0 to the visitors and they went on to claim all three points despite Richarlison pulling one back for Spurs late on.
Amid the celebrations after the final whistle, a jubilant away end serenaded Toffolo by singing his name.
