'Most wanted' suspect held in Algarve swoop

A MAN described by the National Crime Agency as one of the UK's most wanted men has been arrested in Portugal in connection with the murder of a father of two almost four years ago, police have revealed.
Callum Halpin, 27, from Openshaw, was detained by officers from the NCA in Vilamoura, Algarve, on Monday.
Greater Manchester Police said he remained in custody ahead of extradition proceedings.
The force said Mr. Halpin has been sought for questioning by detectives in relation to the fatal shooting in broad daylight of Luke 'Tank' Graham, 31, in the Ashton under-Lyne area in June 2018.
