Women’s football team on the ball to raise funds

THE Lionesses aren't the only women’s football side looking to hit the back of the net this summer.

Macclesfield Ladies FC will take to the pitch against a team from Carefound Home Care at the Leasing.com Stadium on Sunday, July 20, for the Kick4Alzheimer's event.
It will raise funds for the Alzheimer's Society and people are invited to come and watch the game and enjoy family-friendly entertainment.
There will also be a raffle with prizes donated by Lancashire Cricket Club, Avro Golf Club, Hickory’s Smokehouse, Macclesfield FC.
