Town gears up to switch on lights

THE festive fun in Loughborough kicks off on Friday, 28 November with the town’s Christmas Lights Switch-on.

The event, organised by Charnwood Borough Council, will include entertainment, festive food and drink, and fairground rides for the little ones.
Starting at 4pm, the Market Place will host a wide range of stalls, food and drink stands and fairground rides, and a host of talented performers will be appearing on the main stage to entertain the crowd. There will also be a Santa's grotto to visit.
