‘Quite ridiculous’ - Moyes hits out at KDH yellow card
Liverpool Echo

DAVID MOYES labelled a costly late yellow card for Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall a “really shabby decision" as he admitted frustration at recent refereeing calls against his side.
David Moyes gets animated on the touchline at Hill Dickinson Stadium last night
The midfielder appeared to win the ball but was penalised for a trip on Kyle Walker-Peters - referee Sam Barrott stifling an Everton attack and rubbing salt into the wound by cautioning the former Chelsea man.
The decision means the 27-year-old will miss the Blues’ next match, the visit to Hill Dickinson Stadium of Crystal Palace on Sunday, after picking up five bookings in the first six games of the Premier League season.
Disappointed with the call, Moyes bemoaned the current standard of refereeing and said: “I think the decisions we've had at the moment [have been frustrating], but | think all the managers might be saying that at the moment.
“| mean there's been a general poor level at the moment, | thought the decision on Dewsbury-Hall was a really shabby decision.”
Dewsbury-Hall’s previous yellow card was also controversial - the playmaker being punished for taking a quick free-kick in the defeat to Liverpool at Anfield.
