Bradley blow as Slot weighs up Brighton

LIVERPOOL took a significant step forward in their hopes of qualification for the Champions League knockout stages with a deserved 1-0 win at last season's beaten finalists Inter in Milan on Tuesday evening.

The Reds have now moved on to 12 points from six games and, while almost certain to be in the knockout stages, have given themselves a chance of a top-eight finish and progressing directly to the last 16.

Arne Slot's side will look to build on that victory when they resume Premier League hostilities with a home clash against Brighton on Saturday afternoon.

And here we look ahead to the changes Reds head coach Slot could make when his team are next in action.

Bradley blow

With so few recognised senior players available in midweek, Slot faces the same juggling act for the final of five games in 15 days.

Conor Bradley (below) is suspended after picking up a fifth Premier League booking of the season at Leeds United last weekend, meaning Joe Gomez is likely to continue at right-back with Jeremie Frimpong still not ready to return.
