£20k reward to find killers who shot teen

A £20,000 reward has been offered in return for information that leads to the conviction of those responsible for the murder of a 19-year-old last year.

Ellis Cox, 19, was killed close to the Liverpool Loop Line - known locally as the Ralla - near Taskers on the Liver Industrial Estate last year.

Last month, Merseyside Police made two more arrests in its investigation into the death of the teenager, meaning six people have now been arrested in connection to his murder. The teenager was cycling with four friends when they were approached by "one to three males on two electric bikes" at around 10.50pm on June 23, 2024.
