HE CALLED HIM 'HANDSOME'
A TAKEAWAY worker promised a schoolboy free chips in return for his phone number and social media account details.
Shaho Mustafa repeatedly stopped the 14-year-old victim, who he called “handsome”, as he was walking in Belgrave with his two friends.
Leicester Magistrates' Court heard that Mustafa, who worked at a naan shop in Harrison Road, Belgrave, would step out of the shop in front of the three boys, trying to get details from the 14-year-old boy. The youngster told his teachers and the school complained to police.
Mustafa was arrested and charged with harassment without violence. But at his first court appearance Mustafa pleaded not guilty to the charge. That meant the boy and his two friends all had to give evidence at a trial before magistrates earlier this year.
