Trekking to the nearest takeaway for an authentic mountain dish

Perusing the menu, with a takeaway in mind, it struck me that the dishes were very similar to those to be found at most Indians.

Which may not come as a great surprise given the two countries' proximity, after all a chippy menu in Scotland is similar to one in England with the addition of the odd local delicacy like haggis or deep fried Mars bar.
