Charity prize for team's community wing

A Kilmarnock organisation that tackles health and social inequalities across all age groups has been named Charity of the Year.

The Killie Community, the charitable arm of Kilmarnock Football Club, was recognised at the Ayrshire Business Awards, organised by the Ayrshire Chamber of Commerce, standing out among a host of leading charities from across the region.

Jordan Allison, Charity Manager, said: "Winning Ayrshire’s Charity of the Year is an incredible honour, and we couldn't be prouder of what our team, volunteers, and community have achieved together.
