RAMSGATE will host its first ever Teenage Market tomorrow (Saturday) - a celebration of young creativity, enterprise, and performance in the heart of the town centre.

Ramsgate celebrates young creativity as Teenage Market comes to town

The event, which coincides with Ramsgate Day, will run from 11am to 5pm, offering young entrepreneurs across Thanet the chance to showcase and sell their handmade products, art, fashion, food and more.

Up to 30 stalls will line the town centre, offering visitors a unique shopping experience, while a live performance area will feature a lineup of talented young musicians, bringing entertainment to the street throughout the day.

There are still a few spaces available for young people aged eight to 24 who want to get involved - either by running a free stall or performing.

Following the success of two Teenage Markets in Margate last year, this third edition brings the initiative to Ramsgate for the first time.

The Teenage Market is a launchpad for young people to develop real-world business skills, connect with the local community, and express their creativity.
