US PRESIDENT Donald Trump hosted a Cabinet meeting yesterday - the day after the administration insists a secondary strike on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean Sea in a military operation was lawful.

The White House said on Monday that Navy Vice Admiral Frank “Mitch” Bradley ordered the second strike and was “within his authority and the law”.
