HIT BY STORM FORCE

BLUE AWAY Sam Prendergast in shock in Cape Town last night

LEINSTER produced a poor first half in Cape Town last night but managed to keep the deficit to six points against Stormers.

However, the defending URC champions collapsed completely in the second period as they were held scoreless for the first time since 2008.

Jurie Matthee was at the heart of a surprisingly one-sided result, kicking 15 points and sliding over for the last of his side's four tries.

Leinster, without their Lions contingent, simply never got going and were eventually blown away as Stefan Ungerer, Evan Roos, Ruan Ackermann and Matthee all went over to seal a bonus point.
