Bellamy's message to his men is to enjoy experience of trying to qualify for the World Cup and says: 'I wish I had taken time to enjoy my career more'

CRAIG BELLAMY has one simple message for his players: “Enjoy it.”

A trip across the Pond awaits if Wales can book a spot in next year’s World Cup but Bellamy wants his squad to seize the moment and forget about next year.

He said: “I want them to enjoy it and not get caught up in the enormity of this.

“I wish I’d have enjoyed my career more. As a player you get caught up in games and competition for places and you forget how good it is. And it's only for a short period.

“As a coach I'll feel nerves coming into it. At times I've had to stop, breathe, and say: “You want this, enjoy it! This is everything. If you can't enjoy this why would you put your- self in this position?
