Gardai searching property as probe into murder continues

THE suspect in the murder of Annie McCarrick has been offering up a plush country property to punters - as a holiday home.

This paper has learned the man, who is in his 60s, is married to a woman who is registered as the owner of a large house, sitting on several acres, that has been let out to members of the public for several years.

Many people have taken to multiple websites over the years to personally thank the suspect and the woman for their hospitality.

The home is advertised for around €400 a night and is available this summer, according to multiple holiday accommodation websites.
