I FANCY the word "Bowen" is going to appear among the winning connections somewhere here, but in what capacity? SEASETT is going to attract the attention of many punters, this being his first start for Mickey Bowen.

The fact he's had a wind operation just 12 days after leaving his previous yard suggests Bowen thinks he's found an issue he can fix.

He hasn't won as many races as he should have but is back on a fair mark now and if anyone can get a few wins out of him this late summer and early autumn, it'll be Mickey Bowen.

Before we all go piling in, there's a perfectly good alternative with less to prove in the shape of Nachtgeist, who has yet to win in nine starts over hurdles for Olly Murphy.
