THE RAMS WILL BE WITHOUT A HOST OF PLAYERS
HULL City and Derby County face off this weekend in a huge battle at the bottom of the Championship, desperate for three points in their penultimate games of the campaign.
The Rams will arrive in East Yorkshire two points behind City, but buoyed by their upturn in results since John Eustace took over in mid-February.
That impressive form has seen them overturn a seven-point deficit to safety, and are now outside the drop zone on goal difference from Luton Town having won five of their last 10.
Having lost to Luton on Good Friday, the Rams responded on Monday by winning 3-1 at West Brom, which proved the final game in charge for Baggies boss Tony Mowbray, who was sacked in the following hours.
Though City have a flurry of players unavailable this weekend, as they have done for much of the season, the Rams will also be without a host of key figures, which may include the Tigers’ former League One-winning star Callum Elder.
