Chief minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday outlined his achievements of pulling out Bihar from the moribund state of underdevelopment in his stint in power for the last 20 years by ushering development in all sectors and reinforcing that the progress witnessed in the state under his tenure has given a halo to Biharis, who were previously looked upon with indignation.
