How to help overcome lack of flexibility as your body ages
Hartlepool Mail
|June 12, 2025
As people enter their 40s, they often notice an increase in aches, pains, and even injuries like sciatica, Achilles tendon problems or neck joint issues.

This is a common experience, and for many, it's when they first start seeing a physio. But why does this happen? It's more likely to occur in your 40s than at any other stage of life, and it's all connected to changes in your body as you age.
