A creepy pensioner who used a hidden camera to upskirt schoolgirls at Starbucks could be freed if he finds a new home.
Hamilton Sheriff Court heard that Andreas Koursarys can't be electronically tagged just now because he doesn’t have an address.
The 74-year-old was remanded in custody six weeks ago after he admitted filming the genitals, buttocks or underwear of girls aged 13 to 16 without their consent.
It happened at Starbucks in Hamilton Retail Park on five occasions between August 22 and September 2 last year.
