Dalands Holding and Marriott redefine branded living in Ras Al Khaimah

In a move that signals the accelerating convergence of luxury hospitality and high-end real estate, Dalands Holding, in collaboration with Marriott International and with the support of Marjan, the master developer of freehold property in Ras Al Khaimah, has announced the signing of W Residences Al Marjan Island. This Dh1.5 billion lifestyle-branded development is set to reshape the waterfront living experience in one of the UAE's most iconic coastal destinations.

Scheduled to open in Q4 2027, W Residences Al Marjan Island will deliver 201 fully furnished residences, co-located with the W Al Marjan Island hotel. The project introduces a bold fusion of vibrant hospitality and elevated residential living, a hallmark of the W brand. With this milestone, Dalands marks a significant new chapter in its expansion into the UAE, building on its successful track record of developing boutique resorts and high-end residences across the region and in India.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH GLOBAL WEIGHT

This isn't just another branded residence—it's a lifestyle revolution. Through its partnership with Marriott International, Dalands ensures that residents benefit from signature W-style amenities such as the WET infinity pool, FIT fitness studio, private cinema, chef-on-call services, and the full suite of W Hotel offerings. Residents will also be enrolled in Marriott Bonvoy, providing access to a global network of travel privileges.
