Ras Al Khaimah's first-ever night market is a hit with families looking for entertainment, food and a bargain

People in Ras Al Khaimah have a brand-new reason to head out after dark, and it arrived with a buzz. On November 14, the emirate opened its first-ever Night Market, instantly turning the outdoor plaza of the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Center into a lively weekend hangout for families, bargain hunters, and anyone who loves a good community vibe.

The event is a collaboration between the Saud Bin Saqr Foundation for Youth Project Development and the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Center (Expo), and it's designed to bring something fresh to the emirate's social and retail scene. Think of it as a popup souq meets family festival, wrapped in fairy lights and weekend energy.

The market takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4.30pm to 10.30pm, just the right window to catch sunset, enjoy cooler weather, and wander through nearly 100 rotating stalls.
