Beyond its majestic palaces, Jaipur is now home to startups blending sustainability, design, and local essence. These 6 Atmanirbhar entrepreneurs here are not just building businesses-they're shaping a greener, smarter, and more self-reliant future for the Pink City

Jaipur is quietly scripting a new chapter as a burgeoning hub for young, driven innovators.

Once known mainly for its palaces and iconic pink facades, the city is now abuzz with startups spanning technology, design, fashion, tourism, and sustainability.

What stands out is how these ventures consciously align with PM Narendra Modi’s vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat—building locally while thinking globally. From biodegradable packaging to using sustainable materials and natural elements in their products, many startups are deeply embedding eco-consciousness into their business DNA. These ventures are doing more than creating jobs or boosting the state’s economy-they are reshaping Jaipur’s identity as a modern, mindful, and self-reliant startup capital.
