Dementia support service relaunches in East Devon

A DEDICATED service offering expert support to families affected by dementia has relaunched in Exmouth, Woodbury and Budleigh Salterton, aiming to help carers navigate complex needs and reduce the need for hospital admissions.
The Woodbury, Exmouth and Budleigh Admiral Nurse service reopened for referrals on Monday, May 19. It will be delivered by Dementia UK in partnership with the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and supported by funding from the League of Friends of Exmouth Hospital, the League of Friends of Budleigh Salterton Hospital and Dementia UK.
