MSP calling for action on illegal bikers 'before someone is killed'

Off-road bikers are continuing to cause mayhem in communities across the region.

One MSP is now calling on action from the Scottish Government “before someone is killed”.

Craig Hoy has challenged Holyrood Ministers to provide additional support to tackle the illegal use of modified e-bikes and e-scooters.

It comes after an elderly Annan resident reported being scared to leave her house in case she was involved in a collision with youths who are often clad in hoodies or balaclavas.
