WOMAN REARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF MURDER AFTER FIND IN GARDEN OF HOUSE

HUMAN remains that have been found in the garden of a house in Normanton are believed to be missing Izabela Zablocka, police said.

Derbyshire police launched a murder investigation last week into the 30-year-old’s disappearance 15 years ago.

Officers have been concentrating their searches at an address in Princes Street.

Police said the remains were discovered in the garden of the address.

Formal identification has not yet taken place but detectives believe that the remains are those of Izabela.

A 39-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of murder has been rearrested.

Izabela, a Polish national, came to the UK in 2009 and lived in Princes Street, Normanton, during 2010. She last made contact with her family in Poland on August 28, 2010, but despite their efforts to trace her, was never found.
