PAINFUL CELEBRATION BUT MIDFIELDER STILL THRILLED

LIAM Thompson says his first Championship goal for Derby County was worth the pain he felt afterwards.
The midfielder scored the Rams' second in the 3-0 away win against Sheffield Wednesday on Monday night.
Patrick Agyemang had given the Rams a first-half lead and completed his brace after Thompson's goal.
"I'm more happy to contribute to the team but scoring is an amazing feeling," Thompson told RamsTV.
"I've not had that feeling many times but to do it in front of the amazing away support felt that bit better. It was an unbelievable feeling but I'm just happy for the team.
"The knee slide (celebration) was worth the pain. I didn't realise it was astroturf on the side!
