United star's staying power
RUBEN AMORIM hailed captain Bruno Fernandes after he inspired Manchester United to a 2-1 victory over West Ham in their US tour opener.
Fernandes scored both goals at the MetLife Stadium, the first from the penalty spot and the second a sublime strike from 20 yards.
Jarrod Bowen replied for West Ham after the break with a fine goal.
The United skipper said he would have happily left in the summer, with Saudi Pro League club Al-Hilal willing to pay £100m for him, if the club decided it was time to cash in.
But they stuck to their stance that Fernandes was not for sale.
