THE Post Office Horizon scandal may have led to 13 suicides, a first report from the inquiry has found.
Sir Wyn Williams' report also revealed 59 considered ending their lives because of the faulty IT system scandal.
And more subpostmasters and family members suffered from alcoholism, mental health issues, family breakup, divorce, bankruptcy and personal abuse.
