Welsh: We'll be Well wary of Reds’ threat

STEPHEN WELSH says Motherwell know Aberdeen will come to Fir Park with a point to prove today.

The on-loan Celtic defender knows the threat Jimmy Thelin's men pose and says the Steelmen can't switch off for a second.

And he insists Well must also be clinical with their chances, if they're to replicate last weekend's 1-0 Premier Sports Cup quarterfinal win.

Welsh said: “We know Aberdeen are a dangerous team. The way they've started the season doesn’t really represent what type of team they are.

“They're much better than what they've shown, especially going up to Pittodrie.
