Furious colleagues disgusted after quango chief keeps job

WORKERS at a Scottish Government quango have been left disgusted after a director refused to quit following a racism row.

Craig Mearns, director of operations at Historic Environment Scotland (HES), admitted pointing at tourists at Edinburgh Castle and telling a colleague: "Look at those chocolates."
