Robin Gray's Island Gourmet can be found just outside the town of Whiting Bay.

It's located down a road which is little more than a dirt track, making you feel like you've taken a wrong turn.
Gray, a former fine-dining chef who worked with Raymond Blanc, curated his mouthwatering menu using produce plucked straight from his farm, and the seafood from trusted local fishermen.
Ordering ahead is essential here - we ordered at 5.30pm for pick up at 7pm.
