A SEX attack victim has been banned from watching her rapist’s parole hearing because it would not be “fair” on the vile thug.

Yvonne Duncan, 41, fought for the right to speak to the parole board as they decide on a freedom bid by rapist Martyn Daniel, 42.

They refused her the chance to state her case in person to keep Daniel behind bars.

And now they have written to Yvonne denying her the chance to even watch today’s hearing.

Mum-of-three Yvonne, from Aberdeen, said: "They've told me I don't have the right to be there as it's at the discretion of the chair of the hearing and they have decided not to let me witness what goes on.

"Am I being punished for making their job harder by speaking to the Record about how I've been treated?

"It makes me wonder what they have to hide. Why are they putting his rights ahead of mine? "This is a man who raped me and regularly physically assaulted me, and who also raped a child.
