ENGLAND should treat Jofra Archer like a prized racehorse if they are to have the best chance of gaining revenge over India and conquering Australia in the Ashes.

Archer's last Test was more than three years ago, but England are hoping he will be available for their T20 World Cup title defence in the Caribbean in June.

But former England fast bowler Steve Harmison believes the next two five-Test series against India in the summer of 2025, then in Australia the following winter should take priority, where Archer is concerned.
