ACTING Thulamela Mayor Tshivhangwaho Makungo has issued a strong warning to motorists ahead of the festive season, saying there will be “no mercy” for anyone caught drinking and driving, using unroadworthy vehicles, or carrying incorrect road documentation.

Makungo, joined by councillors, Santaco Vhembe representatives and traffic officers, addressed the media on December 10 in the Thulamela council chamber before heading to the R524 Mvudi Park stretch (Punda Maria road) to officially launch the 2025 Thulamela Arrive Alive campaign.
