JOHN Eustace is really excited by the potential of Derby County prospect Owen Eames as he explained how the academy midfielder has catapulted himself towards the first-team squad.

Eames was on the bench for the win over Swansea in midweek as Derby secured their third successive away victory in the Championship.
Eustace has not been afraid to give the academy players a taste of life with the first-team squad with striker Lennon Wheeldon having featured already this season.
